Hidden for years by conflict and isolation, Tolima is now emerging as one of Colombia’s most exciting coffee regions. This certified Fairtrade Organic lot comes from ASPRASAR, a resilient group of 67 smallholder farmers in Herrera and Río Blanco.

Grown at 1700–1900 masl, using Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, this coffee is fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds. Each producer manages their own micro-mill, ensuring clean, consistent quality with a vibrant regional profile and layered complexity.

With support from export partner Mastercol, these farmers are building stronger livelihoods and bringing Tolima’s story - and flavor - to the world.
