​​To become a member, all you have to do is select the subscription option at checkout—this will automatically enroll you into The Coffee Collective. All of your member-only benefits will remain active for as long as you have an active subscription.

Not to worry! If your coffees haven’t shipped yet, you can make all the changes you need in your account. 

To manage a change to your order like swapping for a new roast, changing the grind, updating an address, or skipping a shipment, simply log in to your account here

For changes to your order, click the “edit” box next to your account.
 

For account changes, like your address, name, or credit card information, click the “my account” button to edit all of your personal information.
