Vincenzo, or "Big Vinney" as we lovingly refer to him, is our 1940s Farina Italian roasting machine that used to run on wood, then coal, and now gas. This beast has roasted a ton of beans and we’re so lucky to have this vintage roasting machine to help us craft our coffee.
