13 years, three states and one foreign country folks, that's how long we've been smitten by this coffee and how many places we've had it shipped to in that time. My husband and I look forward to our morning cup so much it's almost not fair to any other brew. We have brewed it in a French press and percolator and are equally pleased with both methods. Rich aroma and flavor every time. Once we received a batch that didn't have the same aroma and flavor. I wrote to customer service about it and was very pleased with their attentiveness and help.
