Our first coffeehouse was opened in Carmel Valley in 1994. We roasted in-store using a single 25 lb. San Franciscan roasting machine. Since then we've upgraded to a 132 lb. vintage Farina Italian roasting machine but we love to sample roast on the original machine.

I've always loved Eastwood, so I decided to try Carmel Valley. Carmel Valley has a slightly different taste, but just as smooth as the other blends. I taste a subtle hint of chocolate, and a whole lot of goodness. If you ever come to visit me, you can have a cup of Carmel Valley.
