My go to coffee in recent months has been Kicking Horse Three Sisters but has a more minimal bloom so not as freshly roasted as yours
Btw do you test for the presence of mycotoxins in your coffee beans?

Carmel Valley Coffee2 months agoGood morning, Stephen-- Thanks for your excellent review and question. The short answer is no, we don't test for mycotoxins. We buy our coffee on the C-market from Royal Coffee in Oakland. We buy specialty / highest grade coffees and as you know, only organic certified coffee. Mold presence in coffee crops is one of the factors that will cause grades to go down. We rely on our experts at Royal, who have the highest quality standards in place to ensure we are buying the best of the best. Thanks again for the review of Foglifter® Reserve.
