We like to stay in the Full City to true French range and we accomplish this by buying the best certified organic Arabica beans and roasting in small batches. We bring the heat to the point of perfection, and gently nuance the myriad of flavors inherent in the beans to the forefront, then we let them shine.

At the center of our operation lies a vintage 1940s Farina Italian coffee roaster, “Big Vinny,” who’s been blending the art and science of roasting for quite some time and his boss, Rory, has been our master roaster for nearly a decade.
