Our first coffeehouse was opened in Carmel Valley in 1994. We roasted in-store using a single 25 lb. San Franciscan roasting machine. Since then we've upgraded to a 132 lb. vintage Farina Italian roasting machine but we love to sample roast on the original machine.

We roast Carmel Valley with a hint of coffee from Africa combined with coffee from South and Central America. If you like a cup of coffee after dinner then Carmel Valley is the way to go.
