These beautiful beans from Flores, Indonesia have incredible depth of flavor. If you enjoy a complex cup of coffee, this is the one to try. 

They are grown at 1752 masl in volcanic loam, wet-processed and dried in the sun. We are delighted to have this limited edition coffee while supplies last. 

In 2005, with $40,000 from the ICCRI and spearheaded by a man named Sirup, two farmer groups (Fa Masa and Suka Maju) began processing their coffee using a new, fully-washed method. And two years later, five more farmer groups (Ateriji, Papataki, Papawiu, Mezamogo, and Wongawali) decided to undertake wet-processing. All seven groups are now certified organic through the Control Union Certification.
