Vincenzo, or "Big Vinney" as we lovingly refer to him, is our 1940s Farina Italian roasting machine that used to run on wood, then coal, and now gas. This beast has roasted a ton of beans and we’re so lucky to have this vintage roasting machine to help us craft our coffee.

    You will find a very nuanced flavor and unexpected brightness in this blend. A perfect balance for people who want the flavor of the roast as well as the natural attributes of the beans.

      The Best!

      I brew this with an Aeropress and have been able to make a flavor profile that most closely resembles espresso from a high end machine. My lattes have never tasted any better!
