Vincenzo, or "Big Vinny" as we lovingly refer to him, is our 1940s Farina Italian roasting machine that used to run on wood, then coal, and now gas. This beautiful beast has roasted a ton of beans and we are fortunate to have this vintage roasting machine to help us craft our coffee. Organic Vincenzo is our forever "Staff Pick" because it is shockingly smooth and can be brewed in every way imaginable. 

    You will find a very nuanced flavor and unexpected brightness in this very smooth blend. A perfect balance for people who want the flavor of the roast as well as the natural attributes of the beans.
