Named after the Palo Colorado Canyon near Big Sur, the canyon entrance is located 11.3 miles south of Carmel Valley River at the former settlement of Notley's Landing, 6.5 miles north of Point Sur.

This coffee is one of Roast Master Tina's original blends. If you like your coffee savory then this is the blend for you.

    Too good to reivew

    I almost don’t want to place a review. The Palo Colorado blend is so good, I’m worried it will get too popular and it be be unavailable to me. Hard to find in the Carmel Valley coffee shops so you have to order online, which is kind of funny because I am a local! Love you guys!
