Cone Peak Manhattan
2oz 10 Yr. Eagle Rare Bourbon - Espresso washed (see below)
1 oz Grassotti Vanilla Infused Sweet Vermouth (see below)
1oz Organic Cone Peak Espresso
⅓ oz Gomme/Gum Syrup from Giffard or Small Hands Foods
2 Dashes Fee Brothers Whisky Barrel Bitters
Stir – strain – chilled Old-Fashioned glass over large rock;
Garnish: Amarena Cherry, Lemon Twist
Stir ingredients in mixing glass with good ice and strain onto one big crystal clear cube.


Combine 1/2 cup of whole bean Organic Cone Peak Espresso with 375mL of Eagle Rare Bourbon (or your choice of whiskey). We let this macerate for 12-24 hours. If you want a boozier take on the Manhattan, this coffee infused bourbon does just the trick. For our coffee fiends out there addt he 1 oz. shot of espresso.
