NEW + LIMITED EDITION - We are excited to bring you this gorgeous Guatemala FTO Honey Processed coffee. The process of drying the beans without removing the honey-like membrane for a couple days, means this coffee has inherent sweetness in the cup. Limited supply. 

It is always exciting when a coffee arrives that we have never tasted. Grown near Hue-Hue-Tenango, this Guatemala is phenomenal, floral and bright. We have found that these beans really lean into Fall with crisp apple being the surprise flavor. This is a new favorite between the roasters here and a staff pick.

We suggest Pour-over and Drip methods of brewing to bring out the subtle sweetness of the beans.

Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
